Hello!

I’ve been a business owner for nearly 10 years, first as a conversion copywriter for brands, then as a co-owner of a website design and development agency, and now as owner of AW Consulting. When I owned my previous marketing businesses, I realized my favorite part of owning a business was actually operating the business—not providing marketing services.

I love a good spreadsheet and a snazzy project management tool. Numbers, charts, KPIs - gimme, gimme! In meeting other business owners, I realized that these folks loved everything but running the business. Thus, my pivot to fractional operations management for small business owners.

How It Works

Here’s how our partnership works.

01. YOU RESERVE

You reserve an allotment of hours for each month. (Starting with a 2-month trial to see if we are a good fit for one another, then signing either a 6- or 12-month ongoing contract.)

02. WE MEET

We meet twice monthly to determine project and operational focus, with ongoing email communication between these meetings.

03. I WORK

I get to work providing the operational support you’ve needed to run and grow your business. I keep you updated on hour bank usage, so we can pivot priorities or increase hours if needed.
